Okay, so I have to rethink how I'm going to do snacks.
Portion control is my issue. I'm not one of these people who can open a pack of Fig Newtons and just eat two or three. No, I'll eat the ENTIRE PACKAGE.
And with my new dietary requirements, this is no longer an option.
So, If I'm going to do snacks, I'm going to have to make do with, like, travel-sized options. Like the bags and packs you get from gas stations.
Ugh. This low-sodium diet is proving to be a 'challenge.' :/
