It occurs to me that I haven't actually commented on the recent death of Elizabeth II.
Personally, I had a great deal of admiration for Her Majesty. For 70 years she did her duty with poise and grace, sometimes in uncomfortable conditions, when she could have just said 'Screw it!' and stepped back to live a life of ease and comfort with her personal fortune.
Honestly, as a Head of State, I think she was second-to none. A lot of current politicans and so-called world leaders could learn a thing or two from her example.
