It's the start of a new month and, once more, I'm trying to get back on my low salt/low sugar lifestyle.
Today I ate:
Diet Sodas (03) - 210 Salt - 0 Sugar
Boiled Eggs (04) - 220 Salt - 4 Sugar
Jasmine Rice - 0 Salt - 0 Sugar
Pico de Gallo - 600 Salt - 5 Sugar
Chicken Salad Sandwich - 800 Salt - 9 Sguar
Twinkies(2) - 370 Salt - 31 Sugar
Total Salt: 2200g/2300g
Total Sugar: 49g/36g
So, my salt intake was okay, but there's room to improve on the sugar front. If I hadn't had those Twinkies, I'd have been fine.
Anyway, onward and upward!
