I'm definitely feeling the results of that horseback ride today. My lower back and bum are sore and stiff.
I think I'm going to pop into the shower and hope that helps a bit.
I wonder if the poor horse feels the same way this morning? After all, I'm not exactly a dewdrop fairy or anything.
