Yep, I've decided that I need to get my shit together again and start watching what I eat. I am NOT counting calories, I'm just watching oxalates, salt and processed sugar intake. I will be taking Tuesdays off from the diet, because a Free Day is always a good idea. I am going to try not to eat before 1PM and after 10PM, but I'll drink all the zero-calorie beverages I want, whenever I want.
