So, the new month has begun and, with it, I have decided that I need to get back on the diet track.
I am seriously plumping out, living off of nothing but convenience foods and junk.
So, back to the diet that I had great success with in 2023, inspirated by the Rationbook Diet.
The rules:
I can have all the fresh fruit and veg that I want.
I can buy 9 staple items to use all week (bread, milk, orange juice, etc).
Anything else that I want, though, I have to spend points on. If an item costs $1.99, it will cost me 19 points. I have 120 pts for the month.
