"Kind of mortifying."

I was downstairs talking with my roommate and I told him I took some cold medicine and was unconscious before midnight. He responded by saying, "Yeah, I heard you snoring when I went to bed."
So, I'm kind of hoping I was only snoring because of the cold medicine.
No one else has ever told me that I snore.
The thought is just kind of mortifying.
