Okay, it's been really quiet at the Job of Doom lately.
That is NOT a complaint, and I want to make that very clear to any Deities of Employment that may be lingering around. So, please, no sudden change of pace, thankyouverymuch.
I've been playing Bejewled online, a game that I really shouldn't play because it makes me crazy to get to level 6 or whatever and then get stymied. I wind up shouting obscenities at the screen and squeezing the mouse so hard I can hear the plastic casing start to crack.
Not a good sign.
So, I think I'm going to give up free online games and go back to reading books. I've got a copy of Boneshaker in my bag. The first chapter was interesting, I just hope the story can maintain my interest. Lately, I start to read something, get about three chapters in and then get bored with it.
Can I blame the Internet for that?
