Wow. I totally forgot that today is a holiday. No wonder everything seems to be shut down!
Ah well.
In other news, I have another showing this evening. Hopefully, with interest rates dropping to 4% someone will make me an offer.
Am I the only person out there who feels that selling a house is like being a wallflower at a school dance? You just stand there, hoping someone comes over and invites you to dance.
I think I've got too much time on my hands.
