Third times the charm?

So, I've got another showing arranged for tomorrow at 11:00. That's like the third one this week. My realtor said its because there's another place nearby that's redone it's kitchen, priced a little higher than mine, and we're getting the spill over from that. Hopefully, somebody will like my place a bit more than that one and make me an offer.
