Jan. 20th, 2020 10:15 pmToday, I have been trying to compensate for my excesses over the last three days.
I haven't really been hungry. And most of the afternoon I was busy, spitballing writing projects.
Then I went to the movies and got a small popcorn and a small diet soda.
Fine. That's about 600 cals.
Then, after the movie, I had some chilli beans.
That's about 300 cals.
So, altogether today I've had less than 1000 cals.
I don't really want to step on the scale tomorrow.
I really don't. :/
