I've been using this meal plan I prepped last month and, looking at it, I can tell it's not the greatest thing in the world.
I have let myself have far too many 'treats.'
So, am currently reexamining my food options.
Today is a perfect example of why I need to reassess my plans.
Today, I had:
1 pack of hot dogs
1 can of potato soup
1 strawberry poptart.
Three items of food (VERY PROCESSED and VERY FATTY!), with a caloric tota of 1740 cals.
So I definitely need to make some changes.
