It's a Free Day today and I'm assessing my current diet plan. When I made up the plan, which I wrote down on 3x3 index cards, I allowed myself some indulgences.
But now I notice that the indulgent meals are coming too close together. Also, some of them just aren't working for me.
So, I'm taking my pencil and modifying my plan, removing stuff like cornbread and rolls and replacing them with better substitutes.
I'm kind of thinking I want to do a mini-keto week starting tomorrow through Monday. I just feel like I'm eating way too many sugary carbs right now.
I don't know, we'll have to wait and see.
