So, first day of the new diet week is not getting off to a great start.
I've had a funny tummy all day, PLUS I had to make tomorrow's video today because I probably won't have time to make it tomorrow. So, fun.
Also, I'm at 2090 cals when my max was 1500.
Oops.
In all fairness, though, I had food left over from my Free Day yesterday so I feel like I shouldn't really count it toward today's cals?
Eh.
That's just fucky fudging I think.
Anyway, today I ate:
1 container of chicken breast slices
1 small container of whole golden corn
1 container of mixed vegetables
1 can of cherries
2 cans of chunk chicken
UPDATE:
1 slice of pepperoni pizza added to the total.
