Today has been a bit of a day.

Couldn't get to sleep until 4AM this morning, and that was AFTER taking some melatonin. :/

So I'm a bit tired.

Went out and helped my friend Paul with some errands then came home and had a nice, cold supper.

I ate:
1 Heath bar
1 package of turkey hot dogs
1 can of sliced potatoes
1 small can of mixed veg
1 can of tomato soup.

But, in about an hour, I'm going out again.

*sigh*

Tomorrow is going to be a bear. I can already tell.

UPDATE:
Got in a while ago and I'm declaring this day a total failure. Actually, this whole week looks like its already gone tits up as far as caloric maxes are concerned. Fuck.

So, today has been a disaster as far as the diet goes.

I have no one to blame for it but myself.

I think I set my calories way too low. I went from 2500 a day to 1500 a day.

I shouldn't have done that.

So, with that in mind, I am declaring today a failure which means this week's goal will also be a failure.

I will still track my calories for the next three days but I'm not trying to cap them at 1500.

And then next week? Well, we'll see what we do then, won't we?
