The expedition spent the next couple of days exploring the mushroom cave, searching for an entrance into the Tomb. They did not find one, and it was very frustrating for Master Orla. Things weren't helped when Ulda Bordis pointed out that they would need to make a choice: remain and miss the boat back to Mistgate, or leave and come back later. Master Orla wanted to stay, but Lord Kennok's agents wanted to return to the city. Liam, disliking the argument, left the camp and, on a whim, went to the cave. It occurred to him that no one had examined the place at night, alone. He wound up discovering that the rune-inscripted wall, was a sealed opening to the Tomb. He returned to the camp, shared his idea and then his suspicions were confirmed. The party spent the next hour or so breaking down the wall. On the other side was the Tomb of Eseldyr.
But once the party entered the tomb, they roused the Wraith of Eseldyr, which animated his own corpse. The party attempted to flee, as only Father Bogar would be able to affect the wraith. They fought a rearguard, and Liam revealed that he was a mage (it hadn't come up before). Most of the party managed to escape the tomb, but Knocker and Galek didn't make it. Everybody else was in dire straits, though, and even though the wraith couldn't leave the tomb, the skeletal knight could. And did.
Thankfully, the knight was dispatched by Ulda Bordis and her trusty axe. The group retreated to their camp, warded against undead, to lick their wounds. Later, they figured out that the cursed Ring must be on the skeletal knight's hand. They found it and, after some discussion, agreed that it should be destroyed and hang what Lord Kennok wanted. So, Father Bogar and Liam combined their powers to destroy the Ring. When they did, they free the spirit of Eseldyr, who thanked them before vanishing.
After burying their dead, and restoring the sksletal knight to his tomb, the group sealed the entrance and returned to Gorsedd's Hope where, luckily, their boat was still anchored. They returned to Mistgate and Alida made her report to Lord Kennok. The group had concocted a story where the tomb had been found but the ring was not there. Lord Kennok believe it, and paid everyone off.
The group met later that night and discussed their future plans. Alida said she would continue to work for Lord Kennok, at least for a while. Father Bogan and Sigfried would return to their temple, but Sigfried revealed he did not want to become a death-priest; he wanted to work with animals. Father Borgan complimented him on finally expressing his wants and said the priests had had a bet to see when it would happen. Master Orla said he was done with expeditions and would focus on his school. Ulda Bordis scoffed and said he'd be back in the field within a year. Then she offered Liam a job with her.

So, the expedition for the Ring came to an end. Liam has made some potential friends and allies, and gotten a job with Ulda Bordis. I've decided that Ulda will be joining the campaign as a PC, and have statted her up accordingly.
I'm thinking that tonight's session will start out as a simple night on the town for Liam and Ulda, and see what happens.
I'm also thinking of discontinuing the thread mechanic from Mythic GM Emulator. Liam's only got one thread going, "Avoid his Pursuers." Others haven't really appeared.
I'm also thinking of adding a Rumor mechanic, maybe starting tonight, and seeing where that goes.
