Trying to get back on track with my diet. Today was a Healthy Day, where I watched my sodium and added sugars. I did okay. Had some basmatti rice with low-sodium chicken and I've got some plain yogurt with peaches chilling in the fridge for later.
I should probably get some caffeine, as I've had none today and don't want a caffeine headache later on.
And tomorrow, is an Unhealthy Day where I can eat pretty much whatever the fuck I want.
This is not a perfect start, but it IS a start.
And I am satisfied with it.
