Last night, I watched three back-to-back episodes of The Simpsons courtesy of Hulu. It was sort of sad. The show still has its funny moments, but nowhere near as many as they used to have.
I think, and this is a radical proposal, I know, that the creators should let the characters age. Get Bart and Lisa out of elementary school, let Maggie speak, let Marge and Homer switch roles where Marge is the breadwinner and Homer is the stay-at-home dad.
There's still a lot of potential for funny there, so it'd be nice if the producers would just follow through on some of it.
