Had errands to run today so suspected I wouldn't be eating on my usual schedule, so before leaving the house I had some strawberry preserves slathered on two toasted buns. It was delicious.
Then, after running my errands, I went grocery shopping for the night. I bought:
1 Package of Microwave Brown Rice
1 Can of Black Beans
1 Can of Sliced Peaches
1 Can of Sliced Pears
1 Small Packet of Salted Peanuts.
I came home, nuked the rice, then added the black beans and nuked 'em again for a couple of minutes. Added salt, pepper and terryaki sauce, then chowed down.
Once that was out of the way, I had the leftovers from last night. Ate two sloppy joes, then opened the can of peaches and scarfed that down.
Oh! And I had a slice of pizza that J brought home last night.
Altogether, I figure I'm at about 1800 cals? Or somewhere in that neighborhood.
I don't know what I'm going to do tomorrow, it being the 4th and all. I suppose we'll see when we see. Right?
