Today I have had:

1 Large Nonfat Iced Latte from McDonalds
3 Original Glazed Donuts from Krispy Kreme.

And I am about to have:

1 Box of Breaded Chicken Nuggets
1 Bag of Potato Chips
1 litre bottle of Pepsi.

Yeah. Junk Food Night.

Normally, I eat about 15-1900 cals a day. Today, I'll be consuming a total of 3095 cals.

3095.

My poor body isn't going to know what hit it.

So tomorrow I shall be maximizing my cals at 1500.

And the day after that? I shall try to do about 1200.

Then, on Monday, I can get back to what passes for normal.
