I just broke my fast with:
1 Bottle of Muscle Milk
1 Nectarine
2 Bananas.
That's roughly 400 calories.
I'm going to the movies tonight, so I'll probably eat a bit light today. Also, tomorrow is my weight-in day! Hopefully, I've lost some more weight, but if not, I won't be surprised. I think I'm starting to plateau re the weight loss. We shall have to wait and see, won't we?
UPDATE:
Went for a walk along the Cayce Riverwalk, then went to the market where I bought:
1 Package of Microwaveable Brown Rice
1 Medium Can of Vegetarian Baked Beans
1 Bottle of Peach & Pear Sparkling Water.
When I eat all this it'll put me at about 1400 calories total. That'll leave me 100 calories to play around with if I go to the movies tonight. There's not really anything on that I want to see.
