I woke up this morning and lay in bed for a while. Then got up and did a load of laundry and watched some YouTube videos. I was going to go for a walk, but I have blisters along the side of my right foot from these new training shoes I bought the other day. They're too tight and so I decided to forgo the walk (It started raining, which helped make that decision) and return the shoes to the store.
After that, I went by Publix and grabbed:
1 Small Bottle of 1% Fat Chocolate Milk
2 Boiled Eggs.
I ran by the store to see if J needed any food, but he was taken care of, so I picked up my comics and came on home. I thought about going for a walk in my old shoes, but it had just rained and those shoes have absolutely no tread left on the soles. I could just imagine myself falling in the park and breaking an ankle or something. So, no walk today. Also, it's still sort of raining outside.
So, I went to the market instead and bought:
1 Pack of Microwaveable Brown Rice
1 Can of Chili Beans
1 Bag of Brocolli/Cauliflower florettes
2 Bananas
1 Golden Delicious Apple
1 King Size Hershey's Milk Chocolate Bar (Yum!).
Altogether this will be approximately 1500 calories.
I'm starting to think I need either more calories or, possibly, more salt. I got a bit light-headed today when I was leaving the sport's store. And I still haven't decided if I'm going to set another weight loss goal when I lose this 1 remaining pound, or just continue doing what I'm doing and see what happens.
