Bit tired today. Not sure why. Certainly not a lack of calories. LOL. Wound up eating two Starcrunches last night, putting me close to 1800 cals.
So, today, I'm doing about 1400. Or,that was my plan.
What I've eaten today:
1 Can of Sliced White Potatoes
1 Can of Whole Kernel Sweet Corn
1 Can of Cut Green Beans
1 Ham Steak
1 Package of Banquet Turkey Sausage Links
2 Bananas.
So, this is about 1250 cals. If I get peckish, I've got a chocolate bar and two small bags of chips in the cupboard to scarf. But I'm probably going to save them for tomorrow.
