6 Bananas
1 Packet of Microwaveable Brown Rice
1 Can of Sliced White Potatoes
1 Can of Premium Chunk Chicken Breast Meat.
Altogether, this was about 1500 calories.
Tomorrow, is an 1800 calorie day and, if the weather permits, a walk-by-the-river day.
