So, this post is date-altered to show what I ate on Sunday, September 8, 2019.
Honestly, it was a junk day. I returned to my gaming group this evening, so had to grab something from McDonalds.
I ate:
1 Double Quarterpounder w/cheese
1 Large frie.
Altogether, that's about 1000 calories. And today was supposed to be my 1800 calorie day.
Oy vey.
I imagine I'm going to be a bit hungry in the morning and tomorrow is a 1500 calories day.
This is going to be interesting.
