Holy balls.

I'm down to 224 lbs.

I've lost 31 lbs since June 6th of this year.

*Shakes head* I have no idea how I lost the weight since I was way off-track this week, but it happened and I'm not looking a gift horse in the mouth.

Anywho, since I'm down 30+ lbs, it's time to recalculate calories and protein.

And...

Well. My calories for weight loss are still 1300 to 1800.

And my protein requirements are 56 grams per day, minimum.

Also, I'm setting a goal. I want to get down to 185 lbs. I'm not setting a time limit on reaching it or anything stupid like that. I'm just going to try and reach that weight, reassess myself and then decide where I go from there.
