Today I have had about 1500 calories. That's a rough estimate.
I have eaten:
2 Apple Cinnamon Scones
1 Bowl of Brown rice w/vegetables.
So, I'm estimating about 1500.
I've gotten a bit lax when it comes to this food diary over the last week or so.
I've gotten a bit lax about what I'm eating too.
I'd like to blame this on other people, but the fact of the matter is that I am ultimately responsible for my own actions. If I'm not making good choices or taking correct actions, I have NO ONE to blame but myself.
Anyway, today I slept until about noon (thanks to last night's wine). Then I got up, took a shower and went to speak with my insurance agent about my car insurance. I wanted to see if my rate would go down if I just dropped some stuff to the state minimum. It wouldn't really save me much, just about $40. So I kept things where they were at and went out to take Paul on some errands. Afterwards, I dropped by the mall and checked out the dregs of Halloween remaining in the stores. There wasn't much left as the Christmas stuff has already forced most everything else aside.
Home now, burning some incense in the bedroom and listening to my roommate's band practice for their big debut this Saturday. I get to be a roady and lug stuff around for them! Hurrah!
LOL.
Anyway, that's my day. Tomorrow, I weigh in and get on with my life. Wish me luck.
