Ugh.
I think I pulled a muscle in my back or something. I've got a dull ache in my lower left back. It doesn't bother me when I'm sitting on the couch or lying down, but if I'm standing up or sitting on the stool at work, it does.
Getting old isn't for the weak.

Was trying to be good today after yesterday's excesses, but, as usual, the universe conspires against me.
J's girlfriend, Hannah, came over and fixed spaghetti for everyone. I didn't want to be rude, so had a plate of spaghetti and some salad. I also drank a big bottle of lemonade and had a chocolate bar.
I know, I know.
*sigh*
Tomorrow is Sunday. Sunday is always a weird day for me food-wise.
Eh.
We'll see what comes.
