Fuck.

Fuckety fuck fuck.

All right. I think my current weight loss strategy is not working.

So, I am going to go back to counting calories.

And I think I'm going to either have to increase my physical activity, i.e. walking, or reduce my calories.

Of course, it is entirely possible that I've lost all the weight I'm going to lose without cutting off a major fucking limb. >:<

It is also possible that stress is a contributing factor to my weight loss stall.

Ryan is still mooching here and I want his gangly beanpole ass gone already.

Fuck.

UPDATE:

WTH? I stepped on the scale again and I'm back at 215.

Scale!?! What the fuck is your problem? Why you gotta make me crazier than I already am????
