Home again today.

I woke up, took a shower, got dressed and worked on some material for the blog.

Then, this evening, I went out to Paul's house and took him grocery shopping. The grocery store in his town is pretty much like grocery stores everywhere right now. No toilet paper. No paper towels. No hand sanitizer.

However, I noticed that all of the chicken was gone from the meat department and that a good dent had been made in the canned vegetables and pasta. Also, all of their bread was gone and so was most of the milk.

Honestly, I wish people would quit panic-buying. There are people like Paul who can only go shopping maybe once or twice a month. They shouldn't have to scramble for necessities because of someone else's stupid response to this whole Coronavirus situation.

Speaking of stupid responses, I've been a bit stressed about the whole situation. Moreso than I've been letting on and that has led me to do some serious stress eating.

I've done about 1500 cals today, and am eyeing a Butterfinger bar, a bag of Chilli Cheese Fritos and a liter Pepsi.

Damn.

Anyway, I hope all of you out there are safe and sound.
