Starting the new program today.
My weekly caloric limit is 13,000 cals.
Today I've consumed 1645 cals.
I've eaten:
1 serving of cashews
2 cans of white potatoes
1 can of mixed veg
1 pack of bratwurst.
Basically, I've combined everything but the cashews into a dish, heated it, seasoned it and am about to devour it.

Just had a Nature Valley Almond Butter Biscuit. So, add 190 cals to the total.
