I had two bottles of wine last night and woke up this morning feeling pretty damn good.
I got out of the house and ran some errands, then came home and started reviewing my videos on YouTube because this Friday it will be one year since I officially started my current diet/lifestyle change.
So far, the biggest difference I can see, aside from the weight I've lost, is that I'm much more comfortable making videos. No surprise there, since, at this point, I think I've made about 116.
I've even got subscribers to my channel.
My content is pretty much all diet and weight loss related, with the occasional video of me having a glass(or bottle) of wine, and maybe chatting with the camera.
I'd like to branch out a bit more, maybe get a proper camera/sound setup, but I can't really justify it since I'm mostly doing the videos for my own sake.
I don't know.
All I know is, I've been enjoying making the videos and plan on continuing.
As for food? Well, today I have eaten:
1 microwave mac-n-cheese (Do Not Recommend!)
1 microwave salisbury steak (Do Not Recommend!)
2 small containers of peach yogurt
2 small containers of diced fruit
a package of jell-o
a small package of salami
1 banana
1 apple
1 red pear.
Altogether, that's a surprising 1600 cals.
