So, last week was a failure as far as caloric limits go.

I set my weekly limit between 7000 and 9000 cals.

I wound up consuming about 14000 cals for the week.

So, on average, I consumed about 2400 cals a day.

I went off the rails on Wednesday. I was aiming for 1500 that day, but after I hit it I was still physically hungry so I ate more. A lot more.

No problem, I told myself. I'll compensate the rest of the week.

Then Thursday came along and I wound up binging again and realized that I had set my calories far too low after the week before.

The previous week I was doing about 2500 cals a day. Doing a max of 1500 a day this past week was just too big a reduction, I believe, and it contributed to my binging.

So, after Thursday I knew the week was shot so I kept track of my calories, but didn't set any limits.

Now, it's Tuesday again and I've set this week's calories between 1800 and 2300 cals per day.

And, yes, I am having a Free Day today. I'm getting back on the horse, and that means not demonizing my behavior from last week or trying to punish myself for going over my caloric limit. So, I will not punish myself for that today or the rest of this week.

So, that's where I'm at.

Let's see what happens. Shall we?
