So, today is my Free Day.
Last week, I set my caloric limit for the usual 13,800 cals for the week.
Then stuff happened and I adjusted that for five days instead of six, so my limit became 11,500 cals for the week.
I went over that.
Boy howdy, how I went over that.
It was just a shit week but that week is over and it's Tuesday so I'm taking today as an opportunity to reset myself and get back on track.
This week, I'm back to the 13,800 cals for the week.
We'll see how things go.
