I did the math and I came in under my weekly caloric max.
Yay me!
At least, I think I came in under it? I might have forgotten to record some things in the food journal. But if I did I didn't go too far overboard.
BUT....
I have to recommit to the lifestyle. I have to maintain the joural for my own sake. I need to step back from so much processed stuff. I've been eating way too much of it lately. And I'm thinking I'm going to up my cals to 2400 this coming week. I'm not sure why, but doing 2300 just feels wrong. Too low a number. Not round enough. LOL. I know. Stupid. A hudred cals a day probably won't make that big a deal. (He said before slipping back into a size 44 belt.)F
