So, for this week, I've decided to switch things up diet wise. Last week I did a Ketogenic diet, keeping my carbs around 50g a day or lower, and maintaining a 2400 calorie diet. This week, I'm going low fat. I'll be keeping my fat intake under 80g per day and mainting a 2400 calorie diet.

Tonight, I am eating:
2 packages of Turkey Sausage
1 package of microwave rice with butter & garlic
2 cans of fruit
1 smallish bag of frozen strawberries.

Also, while trying to tap the inset light in the kitchen, I think I busted its housing.
Oy vey.
