So, I've been keeping track of my Salt, Sugar and Oxalate for the last 19 days.
I categorize my levels as either: Good (Well below limits), OK (at the limit) and Bad (Over the Limits).
For 7 of those days, my Sugar was Bad.
For 8 of those days, my Salt was Bad.
For 3 of those days, my Oxalates were Bad.
For 1 of those days, my Sugar was Okay.
For 6 of those days, my Salt was Okay.
For 4 of those days, my Oxalates were Okay.
For 11 of those days, my Sugar was Good.
For 5 of those days, my Salt was Good.
For 12 of those days, my Oxalates were good.
My takeaway from this? Apparently, I don't have to worry too much about Oxalates. Sugar doesn't seem to be a big problem, but Salt is apparently my weakness.
