So, back onto the Healthy Diet today.
Starting off small by removing ordinary sugary sodas from my diet and replacing them with diet sodas and, maybe, some watered-down fruit juices that don't have added sugar.
There's a bit of a debate as to whether or not fruit juices constitute added sugar or not. I'm just going to go by the information on the nutrition label. If it says Zero Added Sugar, I'm going to assume it's just natural sugars in the stuff.
