The session begins with Ulda Bordis standing outside Rook House, a dilapidated mansion in Mistgate's Noble Quarter. She has been offered a job by the property's owner, Lady Uldwig. Greeted at the door by a surly orc woman named Xasha,Ulda Bordis is eventually brought to her prospective employer.
Lady Uldwig says Ulda Bordis came highly recommended, then reveals that she wants her to deliver a ransome to kidnappers holding her brother, Edwik, hostage. Ulda Bordis agrees.
The next night, at 2 AM, Ulda Bordis and Queenie are waiting on the steps of an abandoned Bell-Ringer temple in the Court of Broken Bells, an abandoned part of Red Brick, near Gallowswall. Queenie and Ulda Bordis chat, and Ulda Bordis admits that she's pretty sure they're being set up by someone: Lady Uldwig, the kidnappers, etc. Irregardless, they continue to wait.
A short while later, the kidnapper arrives with Edwik Uldwig. Ulda Bordis tosses him one of the gemstones they were told to bring, but when the kidnapper tests it, it turns out to be nothing more than glass. When Ulda Bordis checks the others in the purse, she finds that they're all glass copies.
The kidnapper and Ulda Bordis talk and agree that Lady Uldwig is probably trying to get her brother killed for some reason. Even Edwik agrees that it's true.
Ulda Bordis says she's not bothered by the betrayal because the kidnapper has a pretty good bounty on his head. The kidnapper starts to back away, using Edwik as a shield when someone starts to ring a bell. The kidnapper freaks out and turns to flee, but Queenie stops him by throwing her mace at him. It is revealed that the bell was being rung by Liam, who was under the influence of the invisible spell.
The kidnapper offers to give half his money to Ulda Bordis if she'll let him go. She declines and they make their way to the City Watch, where Edwik reluctantly admits that he's let his sister have far too much power. And although unable to prove she was conspiring to kill him, Ulda Bordis and Watch Commander Edsa explain to him that, as the actual Lord Uldweg, he can simply cut his sister off financially and evict her, and Xasha, from his properties.
Later, at Ulda Bordis's office, she, Queenie and Liam discuss the night's adventure. They wonder what will happen to Edwik and his sister. Ulda Bordis informs them that the bounty on the kidnapper was a thousand gold, and that she plans to invest the money.
Liam and Queenie take their payment and depart, leaving Ulda Bordis alone in her office to consider the future.

So, after making Ulda Bordis a PC, I wanted to do a session focusing on her. My first attempt was terrible and I deleted it. This one was more palateable, but not by much.
Honestly? I was a bit bored.
I think, next session, I'm just going to drop them into the middle of the action and run with it.
I also think that the problem I had with this session was that I wasn't so much 'playing the game' as 'writing a story.'
Honestly, I think I'll just switch the focus back to Liam next session as this is really his story.
