So, the party left Frostkeep, escorting Madame Yellowstar and her household members back to Mistgate. The weather was bad, and the first day they planned to stop at the Outpost from a few sessions ago. But when they arrived, they found one of the outbuildings on fire and a body in the snow. The party quickly deduced that a youngish dragon had woken and was looking for edibles. Ulda Bordis wanted to check the outpost for survivors, but most of the new guards pointed out that they weren't being paid for that, but to escort Madame Yellowstar. This caused some bad feelings, but Liam and one of the new guards, Pax, decided to accompany Ulda Bordis on her investigation. They quickly discovered a fire-blasted body, buried in the snow, and then encountered a youngish Dragon. It was maybe 12 feet in length and somewhat underfed. The trio managed to kill it, although Liam, as usual, got injured. However, he did deliver the killing blow with a magical lightning blast, so that was something. He also got a dragontooth souvenir to take home.
With the dragon dead, the residents of the Outpost returned and thanked the party for their actions. The group continued on its way the next day and didn't encounter anything else too dangerous aside from the weather and unhappy domestic servants. Once they got close to the coast again, Madame Yellowstar was able to call upon her friends to put them up for the night, which means inconveniencing a bunch of servants who were wintering in the estates while their employers retreated to the city.
Once they passed through Naean's Rest, the party did witness something unusual; a couple of colossal Earth Elementals wrestling, which caused a minor earthquake in the area. After that the group continued on.
Liam learned that the red-skinned folk who live in the Mistlands are called Lisote. They're a magical humanoid race created by wizards, slowly dying out and going a bit mad.
The party returns to Mistgate, everyone gets paid and Ulda Bordis asks Liam if he'd be interested in buying into the business as she has plans for expansion.

This session was actually spread out over two nights, and it felt very short. The Mythic GM Emulator has been failing me lately as a source of inspiration so I'm thinking it's time to integrate some other random elements into the mix. I've been using the Adventurer Cards for some inspiration, but I think I want to include other sources. Maybe Ironsworn or Maze Rats or even the Solo RP Engine. I've quit using the Threat mechanic in Mythic as it just wasn't working for me.
Basically, I feel like I need to introduce more randomness into the game as it feels like its getting a bit stale. :(
