So, I went back and looked at my food log (Yes, I keep a food log. Don't judge!), and I have come to the conclusion that I need to get my salt/sugar intake under control. AGAIN.
So, starting today I'm going to go back to keeping track of sodium and added sugar.
My max for sodium will be 2300 mg.
My max for added sugar will be 40 g.
