My feet are killing me and the discomfort is motivating me to change how I shop.

So, no more shopping every night.

Instead, I'm going to do a weekly shopping run, wherein I will buy the following items:
Bread, 1 loaf
Eggs, 1 dozen
Ground beef, 1 lb.
Mayonaise, 1 16 oz jar
Milk, 1 gallon
Orange Juice, 1 carton
Sausage, 1 lb.
Turkey, 1 lb.
Strawberries, 1 lb.

I will allow myself to buy anything from the fresh fruit and veg section at the market, but if I want anything else from the store, I have to spend Points.
I am allocating myself 112 Points per month. Points will be subtracted based on the price of the item. So, that bag of chips that costs $4.79 will cost me 47 Points. An item that costs $0.89 will cost 8 Points.
If I spend all my Points, I don't get to buy anything until they recharge at the start of the next month. And unspenct Points will carry over into the next month.

Not only will this motivate me to buy more unprocessed, hopefully healthier foods, it will help me save some money.
