So, three days into my new eating style and it's going well. I've had some very good meals and am managing my weekly groceries very well. I'll go shopping again for the basics this Tuesday.

I haven't used any Points so far, even though I was very tempted this evening. I thought about stopping by the market and getting some cheese, but I didn't. So, that's good.

I've been doing research into vegetarian/vegan recipes/eating and that's been bloody useless. Most of the vegan/tarian recipes call for potatoes or beans, which I can't eat in any great quantity because of my kidney stone stuff. Still, I'm persevering.

So far, I haven't been bored by the food. I thought I might be, but so far, so good. And my cooking skills are improving. I made an orange sauce the other night that was quite good, if I do say so myself.

I was also a bit worried about going into a calorie defecit, but that's not something I need to worry about. I estimated that I'm getting about 1400 to 1500 calories a day.

So, overall, so far,so good. :)
