Happy March!
As it's the first of the month, I should be cleaning up the bedroom and bathroom, but because it was a work day those chores are deferred until tomorrow. Yay?!?
Anyway, I'm glad it's finally March. Spring is coming and more light and, for me at least, the return of dating. (I don't date except in Spring and Summer.)
But this year, I'm thinking I might just postpone my dating season until summmer. Honestly? I'm just not feeling it. I checked my profile on the site I use and found a couple of people had left messages asking when I'd be available again. That's very flattering and very sweet, but I'mI' afraid I may have to disappoint some folks. All I want to do right now is sit around, eat Cheeze-Nips and watch anime. The urge to roll around in blankets with someone is currently absent.
Meh.
Anyway, March is here and my mom's birthday is coming up and I have to think of something to get her. I'm thinking of doing a little gift basket with some scented soaps and stuff, but I'm not committed to the idea. My mom is extremely difficult to shop for because she doesn't defer her own satisfaction. If she wants something, she'll get it herself.
Ah well, I'll think of something.
