I woke up early this morning to open the Store. Jorg was taking his youngest son to get an MRI and even though he said they'd be done in time for him to get to the Store, I had my doubts. So, I got up and got the Store prepped and about ten minutes before opening, Jorg shows up.
Anyway, I wanted to go clothes shopping before it got too hot. Unfortunately, I discovered that the mall shops don't open until 1100 AM. The only store open was Belk's and I refuse to pay $70 for a pair of shorts. Screw that. Regrettably, I made my way across the street to(Ugh!) Wal-Mart, where I bought a single pair of short pants and came home.
Overall, the day has been hot and muggy and rainy. I just got back from the market, and am thawing some cauliflour florettes in the kitchen sink. When they're thawed, I will chop them up, along with two varieties of ham, combine them in a bowl with some shredded cheddar and nuke it until it's a nice, gooey mess. And, for afterwards, I've got a couple of Reese's Peanut Butter Cups chilling in the freezer.

Today, I am eating:
1 bag of cauliflour florettes
2 smallish containers of sliced ham
1 package of shredded cheddar cheese
1 pack of Reese's Peanutbutter Cups

So, I'm keeping my carbs around 100g this week and the concoction above only has about 60g of carbs in it. I am surprised and pleased by that.
